About 15 person-months of domestic consultants will be required to provide assistance in training and financial systems development. Domestic firms will be engaged (according to Bank's Guidelines on the Use of Consultants and other arrangements satisfactory to the Bank with respect to domestic consultants) to undertake field surveys, midterm evaluation, and independent audits of TBCCAs. Selection and engagement of consultant trainers for local awareness and employable skills training of the poor, to be financed from the loan proceeds, will be undertaken in accordance with the Borrower's procedures acceptable to the Bank.
Goods and services for the Project will be acquired in accordance with the Bank's Guidelines for Procurement. Procurement under the microcredit component will follow the Bank's Guidelines for Procurement for small-scale projects under development finance institution (DFI) loans.
