The new Khanki Barrage (NKB) will be constructed on River Chenab at 275m downstream of the existing khanki headworks. It will replace a 120 years old existing structure. The Public Communications Policy (PCP) recognizes that transparency and accountability are essential to development effectiveness. It establishes the disclosure requirements for documents and information ADB produces or requires to be produced.
