The goal of the Project is to catalyze the non-performing asset (NPA) and non-performing loan (NPL) market in the Philippines, enable NHMFC to focus on its role as a secondary housing mortgage institution, and provide much needed liquidity to the Philippine pension system through the repayment of NHMFC's debt to the Social Security System and the Home Development Mutual Fund.
