Project Data Sheet (PDS): Overview
The main objective of the study is to develop a multi-modal transport sector master plan of the GMS that covers the period 2006-2015, encompassing road, rail, inland waterways, airports and seaports development. The study will identify projects, policies, programs and institutions that will help establish an integrated transport network for the GMS. Particular attention will be given to the projected demand for transport services in light of anticipated economic developments. Read More

The Public Communications Policy (PCP) recognizes that transparency and accountability are essential to development effectiveness. It establishes the disclosure requirements for documents and information ADB produces or requires to be produced.
The Accountability Mechanism provides a forum where people adversely affected by ADB-assisted projects can voice and seek solutions to their problems and report alleged noncompliance of ADB's operational policies and procedures.
