The project area will tentatively include Serei Saophoan, Siem Riep, Kampong Thom, Battambang, Pursat, and Kampong Chhnang, which all have important roles as service centers for surrounding agriculture and value chain development. The Accountability Mechanism provides a forum where people adversely affected by ADB-assisted projects can voice and seek solutions to their problems and report alleged noncompliance of ADB's operational policies and procedures.
