Geographical Location The TA will be implemented in the Mekong Delta region in southern Vietnam. This region includes the provinces of An Giang, Bac Lieu, Ben Tre, Ca Mau, Can Tho, Dong Thap, Kien Giang, Long An, Soc Trang, Tien Giang, Tra Vinh and Vinh Long.

The Accountability Mechanism provides a forum where people adversely affected by ADB-assisted projects can voice and seek solutions to their problems and report alleged noncompliance of ADB's operational policies and procedures.
