The TA intends to identify power sector deficiencies on regional level and resolve those through focusing on promotion of inter and intra regional electricity trade, increasing energy security and energy efficiency, and reducing emissions of greenhouse gases (GHGs), by optimizing integrated transmission and generation expansion.
