The proposed S-PATA will support the Government of Pakistan to prepare a Damage and Needs Assessment (DNA) of the recent floods in Pakistan. The S-PATA will support the Government efforts to estimate the damage and reconstruction needs of the 2010 Floods. The assessment will provide strategic guidelines to inform the reconstrcution and rehabilitation planning in key sectors of the economy by regional, national, and international institutions.
